CallPilot

Terms of Service

Last updated: September 18, 2026

These terms govern use of CallPilot, an AI receptionist platform operated for service businesses.

The service

CallPilot answers website conversations on behalf of a business using that business's approved knowledge. It captures booking requests and escalates uncertain cases. It does not confirm bookings and does not guarantee any business outcome.

Your responsibilities

  • Publish accurate knowledge. CallPilot answers from what you approve.
  • Review escalations and booking requests. CallPilot does not act as a human and hands uncertain cases to you.
  • Keep your workspace credentials and widget keys under your control.

Acceptable use

You may not use CallPilot to mislead visitors about automation, to process regulated medical, legal, or financial advice, or to send unsolicited messages. Automation is disclosed to visitors by design.

Limitations

The service depends on third-party AI providers and hosting infrastructure. We work to keep it available and to fail safely — when a provider is unavailable, CallPilot says so rather than improvising — but we do not warrant uninterrupted operation.

Changes

We will update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be reflected on this page.
