About CallPilot

CallPilot is a transparent AI front desk for service businesses — salons, HVAC teams, plumbers, repair companies, and other appointment-driven providers.

Most AI receptionist products compete on sounding more human. We think that is the wrong goal. We built CallPilot around a different question: what would make a business actually trust an AI at its front desk?

The philosophy

• Approved knowledge only. The receptionist answers from what a business has published — never invented prices, hours, or policies.
• Requests are not confirmations. Booking requests are captured with full context and handed to a human to confirm.
• Humans keep control. Uncertain cases escalate, with the conversation attached, instead of being answered confidently and wrongly.

Who it is for

Small and midsize service businesses that answer the same questions repeatedly, lose leads outside business hours, and want AI coverage without giving up oversight.

Status

CallPilot is in early access. We are building in public with real deployments, and we do not publish testimonials we have not earned.
