Does the public demo access a customer workspace?

No. It uses a dedicated demo tenant and endpoint, sends requests without browser credentials, and does not create customer conversations, appointments, sessions, or notifications.

Is the CallPilot demo rate limited?

Yes. The server applies short and daily per-network limits before calling the receptionist provider.

Talk to a real CallPilot endpoint configured only for the Northstar demo tenant. It can answer from that tenant’s approved knowledge, but it cannot enter a customer workspace or create a customer conversation.

No sign-in, guest account, privileged session, or customer tenant identifier is accepted by the demo endpoint.

Requests are rate limited per network address. Demo messages are sent without browser credentials and are not written to customer conversations, appointments, or inboxes.
